My Philosophy

I believe that health is about balance, both within the body itself and between the body and the external environment. When the body is internally balanced energy flows smoothly throughout to nourish all organs and tissues. By adjusting and stimulating the flow of energy through acupuncture, we stimulate the body's natural healing ability to maintain health and protect against disease.

The body is an amazing entity. It knows how to heal itself and how to be healthy. Part of my philosophy is that what we do to it, what we put into it and how we treat ourselves both physically and psychologically is a big part of our health. My responsibility as a practitioner of natural healing is to help balance all of these aspects of relating to our minds and body.
